Warranty and Terms of Sale
The Consumer Code (d.lgs.206/05), on items 128 to 135, regulates the legal guarantee on consumer goods sold to consumers outside of commercial premises. This statutory guarantee covers all production and compliance defects on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years. This legislation enshrines the right of withdrawal, that is, the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE GOODS:
The customer can take advantage of the right of withdrawal by sending within 14 business days of receiving the package by sending a simple formal request for the withdrawal of goods. The customer must also return the shipment at their own expense. As described to the customer, the full price paid will be returned. For more information, please see the Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, 185, on consumer protection on remote contracts.
GOODS WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE:
You must communicate the will of withdrawal in one of the methods described above, then you can choose one of the following options:
- Total refund of the goods;
- The credit memo to use for a future order.
If you request a refund (equal to the value of the goods correctly returned) this will be done according to the payment method you choose: bank transfer, postload PostePay, PayPal within 14 business days. The only costs to be incurred by the customer are those for the shipment of the product. The right to withdraw is totally waived if the returned product is not healthy:
- Absence of elements contained in the package such as manuals, cables, batteries, etc.
- Damage to the product caused by transport and use of goods whose resale is impossible due to consumption or at-risk hygiene conditions
The costs incurred for the delivery in the marking, scheduled delivery, and stop deposit will not be compensated.
