Every product purchased on our site by a "consumer" buyer is assisted by the legal guarantee on consumer goods, which covers compliance defects that occur within 24 months of the date of delivery of the asset.
What is legal guarantee?
It is the guarantee on the sale of consumer goods provided by the Community Directive 1999/44/CE, also known as the "guarantee of compliance", which protects you in the event that the products you purchase have defects in compliance with the sales agreement ("Legal Guarantee").
This is the case, for example, in the case of products that work badly, which cannot be used in the manner stated by the seller, or for the purposes for which products of the same type are generally used, that do not have the characteristics or qualities promised by the seller or that do not respond to the use for which you purchased them.

What is the duration of the Legal Guarantee?
The Legal Guarantee covers compliance defects that occur within 24 months of the delivery date of the product you purchased, even if the defect was not immediately apparent at that date. To enforce it, you must notify the seller of the defect within 2 months of discovering it.
Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that compliance defects occur within the first 6 months of the date of delivery of the asset already existed at that date, unless such a hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the asset or the nature of the compliance defect.
We recommend that you always keep the purchase receipt that is emailed at the end of the order process, as well as the confirmation documents of the shipment and delivery of the product.
Am I entitled to the Legal Guarantee?
The Legal Guarantee is the right of only the consumer, i.e. those who purchase products for non-professional purposes. For example, if you only purchase a laptop for your own use, you are entitled to Legal Guarantee. Conversely, if you purchase it for use in your work, the Legal Guarantee does not apply.
Who can I enforce the Legal Guarantee?
If you are a consumer you can claim the Legal Guarantee against the person who sold you the product, even if it is a different entity from the manufacturer. The owner of the site responds to the products purchased on the site.
What rights does the Legal Guarantee give me?
If the product you purchased has a defect covered by the Legal Guarantee, you are entitled, without having to pay any fees, to repair or replace the defective product by the seller. You are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the following cases:
(a) if product replacement or repair is not possible or is excessively expensive;
(b) if the seller has not repaired or replaced the product in a reasonable period of time; Or
(c) if replacing or repairing your product has caused you significant inconvenience.
To determine the amount of the price reduction or the amount to which you are entitled in these cases, you take into account the use you have made of the product. Keep in mind that a minor defect for which it has not been possible or is excessively burdensome to experience repair or replacement remedies does not entitle you to termination of the contract.
